Challenge
Launch a new cloud infrastructure suite to 800 physical guests in Singapore and 10,000 online live-stream viewers, ensuring zero latency and a high-end visual production.
Strategy
Selected Marina Bay Sands Sands Grand Ballroom. We built a custom 80-foot LED backdrop with augmented reality (AR) product projection capabilities, establishing dual-redundant global CDN broadcast routes.
Execution
Integrated real-time Q&A from both local and remote viewers. Arranged custom stage engineering, hired world-class tech anchors, managed a multi-camera production crew, and hosted a post-launch VIP networking reception at Gardens by the Bay.
Results
The live stream had a peak concurrency of 11,200 viewers with no dropouts. The launch generated 1,400 sales inquiries within 48 hours, establishing a record pipeline for CloudScale Systems.
